Annual Dues Reminder
Dues for 2009 become payable on January 1, 2009. According to association rules they are to be paid in full before January 31, 2009. The Board has approved the amount to be paid in 2009 of $360. A $10 discount will be applied if paid by check or cash (e.g., $350).
Arrangements have been made to pay by credit card using PayPal for secured payment processing without the Association receiving private information about your credit card. A link to PayPal is embedded on the Owners Only Page of this website and will be included in email notices concerning annual dues. An email reminder will be sent to all home owners whose email address is on file with the Association.
Solid Waste Removal and Recycling
The City of McLendon-Chisholm held a Town Hall meeting to discuss current revenue problems and its decision to enter into an exclusive agreement with a single solid waste removal and recycling service. IESI was awarded the Solid Waste and Recyclable Collection Contract. IESI will take over as the McLendon-Chisholm's sole solid waste collector on January 1, 2009. All other trash providers will no longer service the city.
Neighborhood Security

been posted to provide public
notice that this is a private neighborhood and solicitors are not welcome. If
someone comes uninvited to your door to sell you something, please let
them know of our no soliciting policy and ask them to leave. However, we do want to support our community and our
schools, so this does not prevent our students from asking friends and
neighbors if they would like to support fund-raising efforts.
